We are pleased to offer international shipping on select products. However, due to varying import regulations regarding pet food, it is the buyer’s responsibility to verify import eligibility before placing an order.

Before ordering, customers must contact their local customs office or appropriate government authority to confirm that pet food products may be legally imported into their country. Before placing your order, please note the following:

• We are not responsible for items that are delayed, rejected, or confiscated by customs authorities.
  
• No refunds will be issued for orders that are seized, destroyed, or confiscated by customs.
  
• Any duties, taxes, import fees, or customs charges are the sole responsibility of the buyer.
  
• If an order is refused for any reason, the customer is responsible for all return shipping charges and any additional carrier or customs fees incurred.
