Incubation takes around 17 to 18 days at 99.5°F, with humidity set between 45 and 50 percent, increasing to 65 to 70 percent at lockdown. Let your eggs rest pointed side down for 12 to 24 hours before incubation, and don’t wash them — that natural protective bloom helps keep your hatchlings safe and healthy.
