To hydrate, mix 1/4 cup of warm water for every 1/2 cup of small bites. 

Up to 10 lbs: 3/4 - 1 cup
10-20 lbs: 1 - 1 3/4 cup
20-40 lbs: 1 3/4 - 3 cup
40-60 lbs: 3 - 4 cup
60-80 lbs: 4 - 5 cup

When transitioning to Smallbatch, mix with your current foods for 5-7 days. If feeding dry or as a topper, always provide access to clean, fresh water.
